Most couples meet weekly or biweekly, depending on need and budget. In-person work is strongly preferred for relational therapy, though Telehealth can be appropriate for some partnerships following a clinical assessment.

Individual sessions can be in person or Telehealth and are typically held weekly.

Our work together is grounded in a relational and systemic lens, with Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) as the backbone of the process.

All sessions end 7 minutes before the hour to allow space for documentation and transition between clients.

    Sliding scale spots may be available — please inquire
